Our neon signs are made to order. Please allow 15 business days from date of order to receive your sign.

Included with this sign:

• LED neon attached to a clear acrylic backboard cut to the shape of your name, 30 cm wide (height varies depending on characters in name)
• 1.5m transparent cord and additional 2.7m black cord with AU/NZ power adapter 
• Silver wall mounting pegs
• Installation kit
• Remote control with dimming functionality
• 1 year warranty

PLEASE NOTE: We know you may order this for a present in the future but please check your sign within one week of receiving it for any technical faults.

More about our Neon Lights

• LED flex neon is a lot less energy consuming that traditional glass neon, which makes them cheaper to power. 
• Our Neon Lights are safe to touch; they do not heat up, are not easily breakable and don’t have any toxic gases.
• Our Neon Lights are stronger and lighter than traditional glass neon tubes. We offer a 12-month warranty covering faulty items for indoor use only. Inappropriate use will void the warranty.

FAQ

• Can I hang my neon light outside?

Our neons are made for indoor use only, they cannot be placed in any areas where they may get wet. We can make an outdoor version of your neon for an additional cost. Get in touch if you have any questions with regards to that.

• Can you ship to countries other than Australia?

At the moment our signs will only be available to be shipped within Australia. If you are located out of Australia please send us an email at hello@mynameinlights.com.au and we will see if we can arrange it for you.

• How soon can I get my neon?

Your order will arrive to you within 15 business days and your sign ships straight from our warehouse.

• How do I hang my neon?

You will receive a special installation kit with your sign. Wall pegs and screws are included and are necessary to hang your neon. Drill a few holes OR use double-sided strips (like TESA or 3M, for smaller neons) to hang the neon on your wall.

• How do I turn my neon on?

All you have to do is to plug it into a regular power socket.
